Modern Combat has been a staple in the mobile gaming scene for their cutting edge graphics, unparalleled gameplay and more from Gameloft, and this next installment looks to be no different. Giving their teaser video a quick look you’ll instantly see why we are saying this is mobile gaming at its finest. The graphics are truly impressive.

Say what you want about Gameloft and their recent in-app purchases and freemium game titles, this looks awesome. Surely MC5 won’t be free, but the gameplay and graphics will surely make up for what we’re expecting to be a $5.99 title on Android or iOS. With a few hints from Call of Duty and Assassins Creed this lately level blowing apart the streets in Venice surely looks promising for all you mobile gamers.

Give me Modern Combat 5 and an NVIDIA SHIELD game console and I’ll be set for the entire weekend of fast-paced gaming and explosions. We don’t know much about the game for now, but Gameloft will be revealing all of the details next week. We can obviously see real-time lighting and next-gen visuals in the trailer, so expect this to be an impressive game when it arrives later this year.

Between Modern Combat 5, Dead Trigger 2, and a few other games it looks like mobile gamers will have plenty of quality titles to enjoy this summer.
