SMS Audio and Rhapsody have announced a new partnership. This one is rather simple and means those making a purchase from a select group of SMS Audio products will get a taste of the Rhapsody on-demand music service. This offer is available with the on- and over-ear STREET by 50 headphones and the SYNC by 50 wireless speaker.

SMS Audio - STREET by 50 ANC Over-Ear, SYNC by 50 Wireless Speaker and SYNC by 50 On-Ear

The SYNC by 50 is a wireless Bluetooth speaker that arrived earlier in the month. This one is priced at $199.95 and brings features to include 50mm drivers which SMS Audio tout as being able to offer “dynamic, crystal clear audio” and “real” 3D sound. This speaker also has Bluetooth 4.0 aptX, NFC (for pairing), voice-prompts, 5 pre-set EQ settings, touch sensitive controls and a battery life of up to 12 hours.

The headphones include the STREET by 50 on-ear wired model and the STREET by 50 over-ear wired headphones with active noise control. The on-ear wired model sells for $179.99 and is currently available in a handful of colors. The headphones with the active noise control are selling for $279.99 and available in black and silver.

That all aside, this partnership means those who purchase the speaker or either pair of headphones will get a 60-day trial of Rhapsody.

“Giving our customers a free 60-day Rhapsody subscription is another way that SMS Audio provides you everything you need to experience your favorite music with studio-mastered sound,”

Bottom line here, you will be able to check out Rhapsody for two-months at which time you can experience the full set of features including unlimited on-demand access to a library that consists of more than 20 million tracks. Rhapsody also offers radio stations, playlists, artist interviews, live performance and more.
